Not existing or existing forever
Tonight my son told me that he had been thinking about heaven. He said he couldn’t imagine existing forever, that it wouldn’t even fit in his mind. In a stroke of genius 
I told him not imagine existing forever, but to imagine not existing anymore. He told me that it was even harder to imagine not existing anymore than to imagine existing forever. That’s my boy.. I wonder where he got that existential imagination?
The truth is.. it is tough to imagine either option. To exists forever, or to never exists..
The truth is.. it is tough to imagine either option. To exists forever, or to exists never more.. I think this puts us in the right place to consider both.. and the only place to start on such journeys of the mind are in things we know… and our mind, or I would even say, our soul, we know… and it is very strange indeed to think that we will never be.

You need think about it. Despite the emails, the overwhelming evidence showing global warming is happening hasn’t changed.
“The e-mails do nothing to undermine the very strong scientific consensus . . . that tells us the Earth is warming, that warming is largely a result of human activity,” Jane Lubchenco, who heads the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, told a House committee. She said that the e-mails don’t cover data from NOAA and NASA, whose independent climate records show dramatic warming.
